Kyle concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate (both residential and commercial), probate, estate settlement, estate planning, tax foreclosure, guardianships, and social services. He has been a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law—Residential Transactions since 1993. He routinely works with individuals, businesses, realtors, lenders, and title companies to provide thorough representation in the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate in Granville, Vance, Warren, Franklin, and Person Counties. 

Kyle’s clients include not only people and businesses from North Carolina who are conducting real estate transactions, but also those from all over the United States purchasing and selling real estate locally. In addition, he represents the Granville County Department of Social Services in both child and adult protective services. He also represents the Granville County and Vance County Tax Offices in property tax lien foreclosures, and lenders (both individual and commercial) in mortgage foreclosures. Whether an individual, commercial, or institutional client, Kyle provides quality legal services in a timely and affordable manner.

He received his B.S degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981, and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1984. He is a member of the North Carolina, Granville County and Ninth Judicial District Bar Associations, and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1984. Kyle is also a member of the North Carolina Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, and the Christian Legal Society. He has lived in Granville County, North Carolina all of his life, is married with two grown children and has one grandchild.

Gerry’s practice focuses on providing legal services to numerous governmental entities, health care providers, business entities, and non-profit organizations. His practice also involves commercial and residential real estate transactions, civil litigation, land use and zoning matters, general business and commercial law, special proceedings (such as petitions for partitions, foreclosures, etc.), estate planning, and estate administration. Gerry represents the Granville County Department of Social Services in both child and adult protective services as well as the child support enforcement agency.

Gerry received his B.A.  degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010 with a double major in Economics and Political Science.  He received his law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2013.

He is a member of the North Carolina, Granville County and Ninth Judicial District Bar Associations, and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2013. He is a past President of the Granville County Bar Association.

Gerry was born and raised in Oxford, North Carolina and now lives there with his family. He is an avid fan of Tarheel sports.
